Portable cryogenic container for shipping and transporting cryobiological samples, has reservoir with outer and inner walls, and porous mass formed from single piece directly cooperating with housing to maintain porous mass in housing
The container has a double-wall reservoir (2) with outer and inner walls (12, 22) and defining an internal storage housing accessible via an opening closed by a detachable double-wall closure (4). A porous mass (5) is detachably placed in the housing, and the reservoir is made of plastic. An inter-wall space between the walls is provided at atmospheric pressure and partially filled with an insulating mass (6). The porous mass is formed from a single piece directly cooperating by tightening and clamping with the housing to maintain the porous mass in the housing.
