The hybrid method combining two deposition techniques such as chemical vapor deposition on fluidized bed and organometallic compound vapor deposition, comprises depositing (11-5) nanoparticles on porous or non-porous, rigid or non rigid support based on controlled model parameters. The deposition of nanoparticles is carried out by dry impregnation in fluidized bed. The nanoparticles have a size of 1-5 nm. Independent claims are included for: (1) a process for controlling the uniformity of deposition of nanoparticles by controlling the speed and rise in temperature to create a homogeneous migration of the nanoparticles; and (2) nanotubes with very high conductivity.
