Control device i.e. seat adjuster, for controlling e.g. backrest of seat in motor vehicle, has control unit designed to change from passive condition into active condition based on action of user detectable by sensor device
The device has a control unit (9) designed to change from a passive condition into an active condition based on an action of a user detectable by a sensor device i.e. touch pad. The action includes approach of the user to the control unit, and contact of the control unit or a control element (2) of the control unit. The active condition exhibits an elevated and/or lowered and/or folded position of the control element in relation to the passive condition. The control element is designed as a joystick and multi-function wheel, and a LED is coupled with the control device.
