The filter element has electrically charged pile fibers and a filament with a middle diameter of 10 micrometers. A mixture of pile fibers is made of polyolefin and pile fibers are made of polyacrylonitrile, where the fibers are tribo-electrically loaded. The pile fibers have a central diameter that lies in the range of 5 to 30 micrometer.
