The classifying method involves providing a classification data base (KDB). The classes are deposited in the classification data base with a reference characteristic data (RKD) assigned according to a classification rule and reference fabric area data (RGA). An object or fabric characteristic is identified in a graphic data (BD). Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a method for determining the evaluating data to object groups or fabric characteristics groups; (2) a classifying unit for object groups or fabric characteristic groups inside an organic body; and (3) a computer program product directly loaded in the processor.
