Dynamic characteristics e.g. damping, adjusting device for tire of commercial vehicle, has sensor designed to detect loading condition and/or driving condition, and controller designed to adjust dynamic characteristics to vehicle parameter
The device has a sensor (104) designed to detect a loading condition and/or a driving condition of a vehicle i.e. commercial vehicle, for providing a vehicle parameter. A controller (106) is designed to adjust dynamic characteristics e.g. spring rigidity and damping, of a tire (102) to the vehicle parameter. A filling device (108) is designed to control a valve (110) of the tire so as to change pressure of the tire. The filling device includes a compressed air line (112), which is connected to the tire. An independent claim is also included for a method for adjusting dynamic characteristics e.g. spring rigidity and damping, of a tire of a vehicle.
