Textile structure's filament connection method, involves fixing connection element and end regions of filaments to each other by joining areas in position of areas, and completely designing filaments as hollow filaments in end regions
The method involves providing a connection (1) between two filaments (3.1, 3.2) arranged on joints by a connection element (4). The connection element and end regions (2.1, 2.2) of the filaments are pushed into one another, and are fixed to each other by joining areas (5.1, 5.2, 6.1, 6.2) in a position of the areas. The filaments are completely designed as hollow filaments in the end regions, where the filaments enclose an interior space in a circumferential direction and guide the connection element into the end regions of the filaments. An independent claim is also included for a covering for use in machines for production and/or processing of material webs.
