FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: for non-invasive diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer at questionable radiological symptoms ventilation-perfusion pulmonary scintigraphy is conducted. Ventilation-perfusion ratio and alveolar-capillary permeability are defined. With the simultaneous presence of ventilation-perfusion factor of ratio above 1.14 in the affected lung, normal alveolar-capillary permeability of radiopharmaceutical in the lesion and the intact lung in the 10th minute after the aerosol inhalation with its subsequent slowdown in the affected lung by the 30th minute of the study, compared with intact lung up to 28% or less, peripheral lung cancer is diagnosed.;EFFECT: method increases accuracy of diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer.;4 dwg, 1 ex
