PURPOSE: By phase-delaying a local oscillator signal inputted from a LO port as to isolation between a RF port and the LO port, the FET frequency mixer for improvement performs feed-forward the delayed signal as described above to the RF port.;CONSTITUTION: According to a FET circuit part(510) is the local oscillator signal the RF input signal or the IF input signal, it changes into the respective IF output signal or the RF output signal. A converter circuit part(520) sanctions the RF input signal to drain. The converter circuit part outputs the IF output signal to the IF port.
