PURPOSE: An installation system for fixing a utility pole under-bracing using a utility pole under-bracing with a fixing member and a fastening unit is provided to increase assembility using a fixing member and to improve the strength of a utility pole under-bracing. CONSTITUTION: An installation system for fixing a utility pole under-bracing is as follows. Balls(13) are elastically fixed to the head parts(11) of fastening bolts(10,10') by springs(12). A fixing member(60) is formed inside the utility pole under-bracing so that both ends are exposed to bolt insertion holes. The fixing member forms cutout parts which has the same width as the bolt insertion holes. Hanging protrusions are formed on both ends of the fixing member. Ball settling grooves are formed in the inner surface of the hanging protrusions. The head parts are inserted into the bolt insertion holes of the utility pole under-bracing and coupled to the hanging protrusions. The spring retained balls of the head parts are inserted into the ball settling grooves.
