PURPOSE: A method for regenerating dopaminergic neuron from human adult stem cells or neural progenitor cells cultured the same in vitro is provided to induce differentiation or maturation of dopaminergic neuron.;CONSTITUTION: A cell cluster for regenerating dopaminergic neuron at substantia nigra contains neural progenitor cells which is differentiated from adult stem cells and expresses netin, Dcx, Sox1 or HuD gene. The differentiated neural progenitor cells are obtained by culturing a ellipsoid body formed by aggregation of adult stem cells. The diameter of the ellipsoid body is 100-200 um. The aggregation is performed in a culture container coated with polyethylene imine or poly-D-lysine. A composition for regenerating the dopaminergic neuron contains the adult stem cells or neural progenitor cells.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
