PURPOSE: An enterprise personnel management system is provided to objectively evaluate whether or not the personal compatibility for a work is proper by comparing the personal compatibility with the properness to work.;CONSTITUTION: A manager registers department positions(S12,S13,S14) through a department title history management(S10) or an activity center history management(S11). When the department positions are registered, the points of compatibility required for the works are set up. When new employees are selected as workers, the compatibilities of the new employees are registered to the ERP system. The registered compatibilities are judged as job suitability by being compared with the compatibilities required for each work.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
