PURPOSE: A green light source for a laser display using a quantum dot is provided to obtain high output power and high temperature stability by providing the green light source using a sub mono layer deposition quantum dot as an optical gain material. CONSTITUTION: An active semiconductor chip(110) is comprised of a sub mono layer quantum dot and a Bragg reflective plate structure to determine a resonant wavelength. A pump laser emitter(120) generates an electron and a hole for photo emission. A convex lens(130) integrates the pump laser on the active semiconductor chip. A green light output unit(140) emits the green light by using the electron and the hole generated in the active semiconductor chip. The active semiconductor chip is comprised of a Bragg reflective plate(112) formed on the upper side of the substrate and the sub mono layer quantum dot formed on the upper side of the Bragg reflective plate.
