PURPOSE: A piezoelectric element is provided to increase the displacement of the piezoelectric element using a mixture of rubidium, rubidium oxide and barium titanate(BaTi_2O_5).;CONSTITUTION: A piezoelectric material(2) is based on BaTi_2O_5. A piezoelectric element chip(T) includes an internal electrode(3). A plurality of piezoelectric elements are stacked to form a piezoelectric element chip block(B). The piezoelectric element is combined through a junction layer(7). The internal electrode covers the vertical cross-section of the piezoelectric material. An insulation layer(4) is formed in the internal electrode. An external electrode(5) is connected to the internal electrode.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
