A PPP method and a system based on influence of a blog are provided to offer compensation in accordance with a post and influence of a blogger, thereby generating profits as following the original purpose of the blog, by considering satisfaction on a request for a blogger's fame first, thereby improving quality of contents provided through the blog and a blog service. A blogger pool is generated and maintained according to ranks of bloggers(S310). An advertising pool, which is a set of bloggers who agree the advertisement progression among the bloggers, is generated and maintained(S320). An advertisement is provided through a blog of the blogger(S330). Profits made through the advertisement are shared with the blogger(S340).
