摘要

PURPOSE: A gas tank manufacturing method and an air-tightness inspection apparatus of the gas tank are provided to reduce time required to confirm air-tightness of a first end of a pipe and improve productivity by performing no gas tank manufacturing process when a fault is generated.;CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical hollow body, in which both ends are opened, is prepared as material of a gas tank(S101). A first end of the hollow body is sutured and molded(S102). An airtight state of the molded first end is tested(S104). A second end of the hollow body is sutured and molded(S105). A gas gateway is formed through the second end of the hollow body. The molding of the gas tank is completed. An internal part of the completed gas tank is kept with constant pressure. In real use environment, air-tightness of the gas tank is confirmed(S110).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
