The device has an elementary normative access unit (ENU) formed by a finite-state machine, where the device implements a digital clarity and accessibility function, and writes and compiles a section of a character chain of text document in interpreter language. The access unit is guided by a programmable formal logic device. The logic device recursively translates logical design of law into communication protocols. The access unit receives the protocols for using a network. An independent claim is also included for a method for enabling an automatic self-application device to ensure a digital clarity and accessibility function.
