Novel Korean language system is provided to improve the aesthetic acoustic quality of Korean language by employing novel phonologic concept. The grammar of the novel Korean language is formed through the refinement carried out for existing Korean language morphologically. Chinese characters are not employed in the novel Korean language, so that words originated from Chinese characters are reconstructed by using existing Korean words, Korean names and the like. The novel Korean language improves the artistic effect of prosodeme.
