ICE REMOVAL AND ICE REMOVAL SYSTEM FROM AIRCRAFT ENGINE NICKEL, AIRCRAFT ENGINE NECKLACE, AND ICE REMOVAL AND ANTI-FORMATION SYSTEM CONTROL PROCESS. The object of the invention is an aircraft engine nacelle anti-icing and anti-icing system comprising an air inlet (2) provided with a lip (3) followed by an inlet tubular part (4) provided with a first acoustic attenuation panel (5) comprising ice removal means (6, 6a, 6b, 6c, 6d) consisting of at least one network of heating resistive elements contained in an insulating material , the ice removal means being in the form of a mat incorporating the resistive elements into the thickness of the air inlet lip.
