PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and appropriately support picking of desired number of articles from an article group.;SOLUTION: A picking support system 100 is provided with a destination information input part 701 receiving input of information relating to a predetermined destination performing picking for every destination of an article to be delivered, a delivery instruction part 707 issuing a delivery instruction of the article group of the article to be delivered from an automatic warehouse 101, an article determination part 704 determining whether the article group instructed to be delivered is the same as the article group of the article of other destination picked up after the predetermined destination, a notice part 705 notifying a station 105 of the number of the articles to be picked up from the article group instructed to be delivered to the predetermined destination and the tentative putting number of the articles tentatively put in the station 105, and a tentative shelf 140 provided in the station 105 and having the article of which the tentative putting number is notified by the notice part 705 tentatively put thereon.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
