PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a recycled forming material having a sufficient strength and rigidity by recycling the structure made of a fiber-reinforced forming material. PSOLUTION: The production method for the recycled forming material comprises the process for: crushing the structure made of the fiber-reinforced forming material; sorting the elongated chip-like fragment 10 having thickness, width and length in each prescribed range from the crushed material; depositing a binder on the surface of sorted fragments 10; forming the fragments into a plate form by aligning the longitudinal direction of the fragments in the same direction so as to obtain an aggregate 16 of the fragments long in the alignment direction; and press molding the formed plate-like aggregate 16 in its thickness direction.
