PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call control unit for efficiently eliminating the sender of an unwanted telephone call, and a call control system and a call control method.;SOLUTION: Whether a disconnection signal received from a receiving terminal side at the time of call disconnection processing is a first disconnection signal and a second disconnection signal is determined, and the type of the disconnection signal is stored as call history information together with the identifier of a transmitting terminal.
