PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biopolymer search method for searching a biopolymer bound to a ligand, a search device, a search program, and a storage medium. PSOLUTION: The ligand is divided into a component having a fixed atom-to-atom positional relationship and a component having a variable atom-to-atom positional relationship, and three-dimensional structure information about the component with the fixed atom-to-atom positional relationship is inputted from a component input part 10. A search part 20 searches the three-dimensional structure database DB based on the three-dimensional structure information inputted from the component input part 10 for similarity of the respective components having the fixed atom-to-atom positional relation and executes AND operation of the results of the similarity search of the respective components having the fixed atom-to-atom positional relationship.
