PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the user of a mobile phone to readily make a call even in an out-of-service zone being a call-disabled zone.;SOLUTION: The connection system of the subminiature base station 121 to the mobile phone network includes: a fixed telephone number / identification code notice section 132 whereby the subminiature base station informs the mobile phone network about an identification code and a fixed telephone number via a fixed telephone network 600; an information registration section 401 for storing fixed telephone numbers and identification codes; a spread code / position notice section 402 that obtains the installed position of the subminiature base station from the fixed telephone number and informs the subminiature base station about the position of the subminiature base station together with spread codes and positions of surrounding base stations of the subminiature base station from the mobile phone network via the fixed telephone network; a spread code allocation section 133 that allocates a spread code to the subminiature base station, not in use by the adjacent base stations to the subminiature base station depending on the spread codes and the positions of the surrounding base stations and the position of the subminiature base station; and an allocated spread code notice section 134 that informs the mobile phone network about the spread code from the subminiature base station via the fixed telephone network and makes the information registration section store the spread code.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
