PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building monitoring control support system for performing support for efficiently monitoring and controlling an energy use situation in a large-scale building, and to provide a building monitoring control support device, a building monitoring control support method and a building monitoring control support program used therefor.;SOLUTION: The building monitoring control support system has: a state/measurement value acquisition part 222 acquiring a measurement value of energy consumption measured by each meter installed in the building that is a monitoring control target; an energy use situation monitoring part 224 deciding whether or not the acquired measurement value exceeds an allowable upper limit value of each meter stored in a meter table in each meter; and a support information generation part 225 generating the display information of an energy improvement procedure display screen displaying a control procedure of control contents corresponding to an apparatus of a measurement target of any meter decided that its measurement value exceeds the allowable upper limit value in order of the high priority of the control as support information for supporting the monitoring and the control of the energy consumption state of the building when it is decided that the measurement value of the meter exceeds the allowable upper limit value.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
