PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building monitoring control support system that supports the monitoring and control of the status of use of energy by easily identifying equipment to be the target of energy saving control in a building and the details of control on this equipment from information from a meter for measuring the amount of energy used and a device, a method, and a program for building monitoring control support utilized in this system.;SOLUTION: The building monitoring control support system includes a support information generation unit 223. When a meter is predetermined as a target of improvement of the amount of energy used, the support information generation unit carries out the following processing: it extracts information on equipment measurement meter among meters to which the predetermined meter belongs from a meter-meter table; it extracts information on equipment as a target of measurement of the extracted equipment measurement meter from a meter-equipment table; it extracts the details of control related to the extracted equipment from equipment table as the details of control on equipment as a target of improvement of the amount of energy used; and it generates search result screen information as support information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
