PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce excess and deficiency in storage battery charging in accordance with the amount of power generated estimated with high accuracy, to improve a storage battery utilization factor in a natural energy integrated power generator. PSOLUTION: A natural energy integrated storage system 100 includes: a first means 110 which collates weather report data on a target day with power generation estimation data or formula to specify an estimated amount of power generated by a natural energy integrated power generator on the target day; a second means 111 which applies a condition on the target day to power demand characteristics data to specify an estimated power demand by a customer facility on the target day; and a third means 112 which obtains remaining capacity data from a storage battery meter, compares the sum of an estimated amount of power generated and the remaining capacity of a battery with an estimated power demand, calculates the amount of shortage of the sum to the estimated power demand as an amount charged to the storage battery, and causes the natural energy integrated power generator or a commercial power supply to charge the storage battery with the amount of electricity equivalent to the amount charged.
