PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide unisex incontinence underpants solving the following problems: a pad for incontinence underpants can not be changed before a wearer changes the underpants because of being sewn up to the incontinence underpants, and whereby many pieces of the incontinence underpants are necessary as extra ones; a replacement pad is heavy because of having a three- or four-layered crotch part, has bad air permeability to be easy to become stuffy, smell bad and cause sore; the pad is changed through the front part and whereby the underpants get wet or dirty due to urine, residual urine or the like, and also become under unsanitary condition; and the underpants are difficult to be dried when washed.;SOLUTION: The unisex incontinence underpants include square parts and adjustment parts, and are formed so as to be adjustable via rubber so that pleats are opened or closed at positions of front right and left square shapes to be facilitated in putting in or taking off the genital organ when changing the pad or urinating, cause no contamination on other parts due to residual urine, enable easy operation from the square part, prevent the pad from rising forward and upward because of an adjustment stopper, and have good air permeability owing to the waterproof square part so as not to get stuffy and have a clean feeling.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
