PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote the utilization of rainwater to substantially reduce an amount of the use of clean water supplied as city water so as to improve a living environment, and also to contribute to global environment preservation. PSOLUTION: A rainwater utilizing system is characterized by including: a water collecting unit which collects rainwater falling on a house; a rainwater purifying unit which purifies the rainwater collected by the water collecting unit to produce clean water and reclaimed water; a clean water/reclaimed water reserving tank which reserves clean water and reclaimed water purified by the rainwater purifying unit; a first water supply unit which supplies clean water and reclaimed water reserved in the clean water/reclaimed water reserving tank to a first water utilizing facility 140 in the house; a discharged water purifying unit which purifies the discharged water from the water utilizing facility to produce the reclaimed water; a reclaimed water reserving unit which reserves the reclaimed water purified by the discharge water purifying unit; a second water supply unit which supplies the reclaimed water reserved in the reclaimed water reserving tank to a second water utilizing facility 170 in the house; and a drain facility which drains the drainage water from the second water utilizing facility 170 to a sewer system.
