The system has a server (2) to receive intervention requests to be treated by an originator from a site (1). Global system for mobile communicationtype transceiver unit (3) is associated with the server. The transceiver unit (3) emits radio signals representing orders transmitted by the server. Global system for mobile communicationtype transceiver unit (4) i.e. mobile telephone, for usage of an intervenor receives the signals emitted by the server. The server is connected to a computer network i.e. Internet, at which a technical intervention caller is connected.
