Leather piece maintenance and orientation assisting device, for forming luxury article, has locking units locking leather piece, and orientation units orienting locking units in space under action of driving and control units
The device (1) has locking units for locking a leather piece and activated by driving and control units that are constituted by a set of pedals (2) and an axle (26) of a jack. The locking units are constituted by a jaw assembly with chuck jaws (9, 10), where the chuck jaws are parallel to each other. Orientation units orient the locking units in a space under an action of the driving and control units, and are constituted by an electrical telescopic column (3), a ball and socket joint (6) and a bar (8).
