Steering arrangement for motor vehicle, has input-sided steering column including servo motor to assist steering force and torque sensor to measure steering moment, and output-sided steering column drive-coupled with shaft
The arrangement (1) has an output-sided steering column (4) drive-coupled with a steering shaft (17) over a steering gear (19). The column is arranged at a distance to a longitudinal central plane (8) of a vehicle (2) at a vehicle-side. The output-sided steering column and an input-sided steering column (3) are drive-coupled with each other by a coupling device (5). The columns are arranged at different vehicle sides and at a distance from each other. The column (3) is provided with a servo motor for assisting steering force and with a torque sensor (11) for measuring steering moment.
