Extraction of ingredients from sugar beets, comprises: (a) milling the sugar beet in a solid phase forming sugar beet pulp; (b) mashing the beet pulp in a transport liquid to obtain a solid- and liquid-phase; (c) pressure-free watering of the solid- and liquid-phase in an electroporation device; (d) transporting the solid- and liquid-phase through the electroporation device while simultaneously carrying out an electroporation for the extraction of ingredients from the beet pulp; and (e) suction-assisted conducting of the extracted ingredients having liquid- and solid-phase, where the liquid phase is exhausted by a suction element, and the solid phase is discharged by a mechanical support element acting on it from the electroporation device. An independent claim is included for a system for the extraction of ingredients from beet pulp, preferably for carrying out a process, comprising at least one device for crushing beets (10) in a solid phase forming beet pulp and for the introduction of the beet pulp in a transport liquid, at least a device shaft-like or tubular insert on it, for the transport (30) of the obtained beet pulp-transport liquid mixture with a beet pulp introduction zone (35), and a beet pulp main zone (45), at least one device for electroporation (40) arranged in the device for the transport, at least one downstream device for discharging (52) the electroporated beet pulp mixture, arranged to the beet pulp main zone, where in the device for discharging, at least one of the support element (50) arranged for discharging the electroporated beet pulp-transport liquid mixture, and at least one suction element (60) are available.
