Reference slide for e.g. scientific, clinical, toxicological and regulatory analysis process, has carrier on which image i.e. color image, of biological slide is applied by typographic process, where image is digitally processed
The slide has a carrier on which an image i.e. color image, of abiological slide is applied by typographic process e.g. functional printing process, where the image is digitally processed. The image includes color pigments, which are selected such that the image of the biological slide corresponds relative to color of a real biological slide. The real biological slide includes biological sample according to preset sample preparation. The color pigments include quantum dots and/or fluorescent dyes. The carrier is made of optically permeable materials such as quartz glass. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a reference slide for imaging detection and evaluation method.
