The method comprises introducing organic and inorganic phase change material (PCM) into a porous, open-cellular carrier structure and providing the PCM filled porous granulates having grain size of 1-10 mm with a water vapor-tight layer. The liquid latent heat storage material is filled in a 1-10 mm large container and then locked. The container is diffusion-tight or covered with a diffusion-tight layer. The layer and/or the container are polymer. The layer is applied in fluidization process. The spraying solution has process temperatures adapted to the fusion point of the PCM. The method comprises introducing organic and inorganic phase change material (PCM) into a porous, open-cellular carrier structure and providing the PCM filled porous granulates having grain size of 1-10 mm with a water vapor-tight layer. The liquid latent heat storage material is filled in a 1-10 mm large container and then locked. The container is diffusion-tight or covered with a diffusion-tight layer. The layer and/or the container are polymer. The layer is applied in fluidization process. The spraying solution has process temperatures adapted to the fusion point of the PCM. The PCM and organic additives are added for adjusting the fusion point.
