Three-dimensional-image data visualization method for detecting tumor in brain, involves selecting degradation function, such that data on visual line contributes with fraction of data value for decrease of optical transparency
The method involves contributing a predetermined value of an optical penetration depth (C) with data value to decrease an optical transparency during integration or summation by three dimensional (3D)-image data (1) on a visual line. A degradation function is selected, such that the data on the line contributes with a fraction of the data value for the decrease of optical transparency in a transient area before reaching the predetermined value of the depth to reach a soft process of degradation of an outer layer produced with the function. An independent claim is also included for a device for visualization of three-dimensional (3D)-image data of tomographic imaging.
