The bottom-device has a borehole (111) formed in a pool bottom (110). An expansion element (130) is fixed below the bottom in a range of the borehole. The element cooperates with a carrier part (140). An end of the carrier part is distant to the element, and is abutted on a lower surface (121) of a false bottom (120) that is reciprocated within a swimming pool. A region (150) separated from the pool is formed around borehole between a surface (112) of the bottom (110) and the surface of the bottom (120) using a water-impermeable seal mechanism (151) that is expandable in a vertical direction.
