Measuring object analysis e.g. network analysis, method for e.g. network analyzer, involves determining wave frequencies of object based on measuring signal, and modulating reference signal with preset temporal phase characteristics
The method involve generating a reference signal for a predetermined frequency hold point, and loading a measuring object with the reference signal. A measuring signal is received from the measuring object, and wave frequencies such as S-parameters of the measuring object are determined based on the measuring signal. The reference signal is modulated with preset temporal phase characteristics. The reference signal is filtered to refine a spectrum of the frequency signal on a preset frequency band. An independent claim is also included for a computer-readable medium comprising instructions to perform a method for analysis of a measuring object.
