Lignocellulose primary fiber whitening method , involves whitening primary fibers in one stage with peroxide and in another stage with formamidine sulfininc acid, and using filtrate of peroxide stage for whitening fibers in final stage
The method involves whitening lignocellulose primary fibers in a stage with peroxide, and in another stage with formamidine sulfininc acid. The primary fibers are subsequently whitened in a final stage with the peroxide. A filtrate of a preceding peroxide stage is used for whitening the primary fibers in the final stage. A duration of whitening amounts up to 30 minutes, 60 minutes or even 90 minutes. A whitening sequence with a formamidine sulfininc acid stage is followed by the final stage.
