FIELD: physics, trials.;SUBSTANCE: invention concerns the exploring technics and can be used for estimate of the "know-how" of products of electronic technics, for example integrated microcircuits and semiconductor devices, and on the input control of the instrument-making enterprises. Device consists of bed, supporting arm, data unit of small travels, generator of current, lever with relation of shoulders l1/l2 =n, amplifier, analogue-digital the transformer, an electronic computer, the monitor, the digital-to-analogue transformer. One lever arm is joined to explored product and another with the data unit of small travels. The data unit exit is joined to an amplifier inlet. The amplifier exit is joined to an inlet analogue-digitiser which exit is joined to an electronic computer. Electronic computer is joined to the monitor and with an inlet of the digital-to-analogue transformer which exit is joined to the generator of impulses.;EFFECT: automation of process of measurings and sensitivity increase.;1 dwg
