FIELD: food industry.;SUBSTANCE: method involves blanching and cutting carrots, cutting and freezing daikon greens. Rice is boiled up to double increase in mass, oyster meat is cut. The above components are mixed without oxygen access with chicken eggs, sake and table salt in the specified proprtion. The obtained mix and chicken broth are packed. Hermetic sealing and sterilisation follow.;EFFECT: method allows manufacturing of a product with increased digestibility.
