A dust explosion pressure ventilating device is provided to prevent damage of a facility such as a filtration-typed collector and an adsorption tower etc by discharging explosion pressure rapidly when flammable dust is exploded. A dust explosion pressure ventilating device includes the followings: a fixing frame(101) fixed on a main body(10) of a facility; a vent plate(104) discharging explosion pressure rapidly to the outside, and installed at an inner side of the fixing frame; an inner guide plate(102) blocking clogging of the bent plate; an outer pressurization unit adding pressure to a predetermined ratio on the bent plate; and a fire-extinguishing unit(300) or an explosion restricting agent injecting part(400) blocking facility destruction.
