A method of screening a cosmetic composition is provided to prevent or cure the atopic dermatitis using an atopic dermatitis mouse. A method of manufacturing an atopic dermatitis mouse comprises steps of: 1) dissolving 50 ~ 100 mul of ovalbumin in a 50 ~ 100 mul of alum, intraperitoneal-injecting it in a mouse, dissolving the 50 ~ 100 mul of ovalbumin in a 50 ~ 100 mul of PBS and epicutaneous-sensitizing it for 6 ~ 8 days; 2) finishing the epicutaneous sensitization of the step 1), dissolving the 50 ~ 100 mul of ovalbumin in the 50 ~ 100 mul of PBS after 13 ~ 15 days, intraperitoneal-injecting it in the mouse, dissolving the 50 ~ 100 mul of ovalbumin in the 50 ~ 100 mul of PBS and epicutaneous-sensitizing it for 6 ~ 8 days.
