A method and a system for analyzing the ripple force of the notice material by considering the previous ripple force of the notice material implementer are provided to analyze the ripple force of the notice material in consideration of the notice material. A first probability calculating unit(110) calculates a first probability between web sites which is located in an explicit relation. The spread second probability is calculated between websites in which the notice material is in the implicit relation. The third spreading probability in which the notice material of the portal website is spread to the blog of k user is calculated. The fourth spreading probability in which the notice material of j user is spread with the blog furnace of m user is calculated. The diffusion power of the notice material is analyzed by using the first and the second probability.
