An operating method of a writing apparatus for a lecture is provided to move a screen to a desired location by selecting a symbol with an electronic pen while watching an applied program displayed on the screen of a tablet monitor. An operating method of a writing apparatus for a lecture comprises the following steps of: performing a program(S11); determining a state of the program(S12); setting up basic environment, symbol image load, and basis pen writing mode etc(S13); processing an symbol image and basic drawing(S14); determining the state of the program(S15); and terminating the program after determination(S16).
