The present invention relates to a pulsating high frequency signal injection axis switching senseless control method and device for minimizing the zero-current-clamping effect of a motor, which can improve error of an estimated position angle or speed acceleration/ deceleration performance by minimizing the zero-current-clamping effect in a method of injecting a pulsating high frequency in order to estimate the position and speed. The senseless control device includes a switching circuit for selecting one of d-axis and q-axis pulsating signal voltages as a pulsating signal voltage command and outputting a selection voltages in response to a q-axis current command output from the speed controller, and a switching circuit for selecting and outputting a d-axis current command as a constant or 0 in response to the q-axis current command output from the speed controller.
