A zinc oxide-nanosilver synthesized material manufacturing method is provided to increase intensity of ultraviolet wavelength band and to be used as biological label and optical catalyst without cadmium harmful to human body. A zinc oxide-nanosilver synthesized material manufacturing method comprises steps of: forming a first solution dissolving Ag source and tri-sodium citrate in water and a second solution dissolving borohydrosodium in water; forming a third solution by mixing the first solution and the second solution; forming a fourth solution by dissolving Zn source in ethanol; forming a fifth solution by dissolves hydroxyl radical source in the ethanol; adding the fourth solution in the third solution and mixing the fifth solution; and forming and washing the fifth solution.
