A circuit apparatus for controlling the temperature-dependency of the load current for controlling current as a temperature function through a fan motor is provided to adjust the current as a temperature function through the fan motor and reduce a manufacturing cost. The tapping point(P) for the reference voltage(Vref) performs the role of the command argument for the adjustment of the load current. The differential amplifier amplifies the system deviation(Vref - VS). A differential amplifier includes a first and a second transistor(Q1, Q2) as a temperature function for the adjustment of the load current(IL).
