PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit arrangement for temperature-dependent regulation of a load current.;SOLUTION: A differential amplifier has a first and a second transistor (Q1 and Q2) for regulating a load current IL as a function of the temperature. A circuit arrangement (2) is designed for the operation of the two transistors (Q1 and Q2) at the same collector-emitter voltages UCE1 and UCE2 and at a constant ratio of collector quiescent currents IC1 and IC2 being different from one, so that the circuit arrangement (2), controlled by temperature voltage as determined by the physical properties of semiconductors, regulates the load current IL as a function of the temperature in a defined manner.
