An apparatus of processing a non-dredging reactive type of deposit soil of field original position is provided to separate the deposit soil into sandy gravel and suspended material, to maintain the sandy gravel to the original position by not dredging the deposit soil accumulated on a floor of river and lake injecting a pressure reaction mixed solution, to remove suspended materials by floating to the top part and to purify contaminant within the deposit soil by a reactant. A top portion of a plumb nozzle pipe or a curve nozzle pipe(1) has a pinholeless tube type without a perforation hole. A bottom portion of the plumb nozzle pipe or the curve nozzle pipe has a pinhole tube type with a perforation hole. A hook and a protrusion are adhered outside the bottom part of the plumb nozzle pipe or the curve nozzle pipe. A former discharging portion exit is at a former part of the bottom part of the plumb nozzle pipe or the curve nozzle pipe. A pressure reaction mixed solution production feeding unit comprises a water inlet pipe, a pressure reaction mixer(4) and a pressure reaction mixed solution discharging pipe(3). The pressure reaction mixed solution is produced and supplied by mixing or dissolving one of air, oxygen, ozone, coagulant, precipitation agent, surfactant, chemicals, reactants of microorganism into general water, river water, lake water, subsurface water, seawater, aqueous solution(40) using a variable pressure of a high pressure or a middle pressure or a low pressure. An aquatic floating type boat shaped or an aquatic fixed type lattice frame shaped, or a land driving type human power and equipment type of pressure reaction mixed solution injection device comprise boat, lattice frame, crane, pressure reaction mixed solution arrangement pipe, fixed line, pull wire, Anchor line and connection line, and injects a pressure reaction mixed solution into the river, the lake and the deposit soil of a detention pond floor.
